Katy and Jake were F-U-N! We did two mini sessions for their engagements and ended up with romantic bliss.
This cool river location was natural and gorgeous, just how I like 'em!
The engagements were just a peak into what fun and beauty we were in for. The florals and decor were the master work of her sister and crew Form Salvangnos Party Dogs in Orland. Impeccable!

The outdoor location for the reception was perfectly decorated and adorned with rich hues and fine textures. I thick Leah Eddy was in on this one, am I right?
The bridal party was sweet and fun. They were doting to their bride as good brides maids should be.
Katy is part of a trio of sisters, all of who's wedding I shot. This was the first one Eric was lucky enough to shoot at and he was just as impressed as I was with the sincerity and openness with which this family accepted up. Its nice to feel appreciated! Someday I'll get back to 2011 and previous weddings and show some of their weddings too.
Katy was a stunningly beautiful bride, her hair and make up team did an awesome job showing her inner beauty while accentuating her outer loveliness.
Into the limo to head to the church!
The church was spacious and inviting. I'm pretty sure they packed those pews with eager guests for their joyous nuptials.
After church, we headed to a local park on the way to the venues to take some pics before making their grand entrance.
And the candy bar. Hands down the most elaborate candy bar EVER! Loved the trunk with peanuts and the wicked good selection. The kids hit this spot all night long.
The food was masterfully prepared by Mindy and Crew of Special Times Catering. Always a joy to work with her and taste her creations!
With all the fun and colorful lights and decor, we couldn't help playing with camera settings to capture the glow and ambiance of the evening.
This party went well into the night with a packed dance floor! Was that You DJing Rodney Harrah of Hot Rod Entertainment?
